Out Loud Productions is a live event production company dedicated to making your vision come to life. We are a full-service production company, providing complete event production services from concept to completion. Our services include venue selection, technology, lighting, audio, video, design, catering, and more.
02 / THE CONCEPT
After our first meeting, we will create a mockup of your vision, that appropriately weighs your budget and your vision. After presentation & proof of this concept, we will move to create your environment.
03 / THE REALIZATION

AUDIO
Chest pounding bass, crisp & clear speech, and sleek, conspicuous equipment. Our live audio department delivers clean and clear sound reinforcement for every level of event. Whether as complex as a full festival of bands, or as simple as a single keynote speaker – our seasoned audio engineers can provide a stress-free amplification experience for event.
LIGHTING
We believe that lighting can make or break any event. This is why we utilize every appropriate lighting resource to transform your event space. Our staff of lighting designers use light to paint your event canvas to evoke any emotion or environment that you can dream. We first build the base environment and then will add in some impact point of visual interest.
VIDEO
Regardless of how clear the audio is, or how bright and stunning the light design, all the production work is null if your guests can’t see from their seats!
We can build a video system that scales with your event, so that no matter how far away the stage is, each guest can easily see everything that’s happening on stage.
